We’re changing our public facing name from the Bingham Library Trust to the Daniel Bingham
Foundation. The Bingham Library Trust is the charity and company set up to look after the legacy of
Daniel George Bingham. This legacy includes various commercial and residential properties. The jewel in
the crown is Bingham House in Dyer Street which was once a library and is now a community hub, the
home of the Town Council, Cirencester Local Information Centre and the Cirencester Band, as well as
the C-Hub and permanent art gallery, which is being launched this month.
We’re excited about our new name and creating a new identity which we hope will make what we do
more accessible to the wider community to enjoy.
